IPTV UAE FAQ
Answers to the questions UAE customers ask us most.

About the service
What is IPTV?
IPTV is television delivered through your internet connection. Instead of a dish or cable box, you use an app on your TV, stick or phone. Read what is IPTV for a full explanation.
How many channels do I get?
More than 52,000 live channels and 300,000+ films and series on demand, grouped by country. See the channel groups.
Do you show live sports?
Yes, including football, cricket, NBA, F1, tennis, boxing and UFC. See our football and cricket guides.
Do I need a VPN in the UAE?
No VPN is needed on du or Etisalat (e&) home internet. You can use one if you prefer.
Devices and setup
Which devices work?
Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes, Google TV, Android phones, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. See all setup guides.
Which app should I use?
We recommend IBO Player for most devices. VU Player, HotPlayer, IBO Smart Player and TiviMate also work well.
How fast does my internet need to be?
25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired connection or 5 GHz WiFi gives the steadiest picture.
Can I watch on two TVs at the same time?
Each plan works on one screen at a time. For two screens at once, ask us for a multi screen price.
Payment and plans
How much does it cost?
From €7.95 for 1 month to €59.95 for 12 months. See plans and prices.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer, USDT or BTC.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. We remind you before it ends and you choose whether to renew.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 24 hours, with no card needed. Request it here.
Do you have a referral offer?
Yes. Refer a friend who buys 3 months or more and you get 1 month free.

Problems
My channels are buffering. What should I do?
Restart your device and router, switch to 5 GHz WiFi, and try the HD version of the channel. Our buffering guide covers every fix.
The app says it cannot connect to the server.
Your internet provider may have blocked the server address. Message us on WhatsApp and we send you a new one, usually within minutes.
